Billy has lived in Havering for 25 years. He started his career in the Finance department for Havering Council, before moving to the charity sector in 2016. Billy has worked for large UK health and Armed Forces charities and during this time has specialised (to varying degrees) in Fundraising Compliance, Data Protection, Safeguarding and Supplier Management.

Billy is a huge sports fan and follows a variety of sports. He is a West Ham fan and enjoys attending live boxing events. He attended the Wimbledon Championships for the first time this year and dreams of going to Australia to watch an Ashes Tour. Billy lives in Harold Wood with his wife, Leanne and his dog, Bertie.
