Jeanette Hopkins is a Trustee Board Director for Havering CA. She is also currently the General Manager of the floor room, a retail business.

She has been in the retail industry for over 30 years with much of her time being spent at Debenhams. 

Jeanette has worked across multiple product categories from Womenswear to Home to Beauty and across all channel formats – store , online and international.

She brings to CA a wealth of business experience be that day-to-day business operations or strategic planning. 

Jeanette says, ‘ Retail has made me resilient and taught me that to succeed I must always keep the customer and my team at the heart of everything I do’ . The same principles hold true at CA and I am delighted to join you and support you in serving our local community. 

Outside of work Jeanette is mum to her teenage son Dylan and enjoys supporting him in his love of football.  She is an avid walker who enjoys exploring all parks and nature reserves in Havering and beyond.
